Revised January 3, 2011 EduServe Respects Your Privacy EduServe respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Statement informs you of EduServe's Privacy Policy and practices and of the choices that you can make about the way your information may be collected and how that information is used. You can also visit this Web site without revealing personal information. We make this notice available on our home page and at the base of every EduServe Internet Web page. This Privacy Statement applies to EduServeInc.com Web site and domain and to no third-party non-EduServe sites. Links to non-EduServe web sites This EduServe Web sites may provide links to third-party Web sites for your convenience and information. If you access those links, you will leave this Web site. EduServe does not control those sites or their privacy practices, which may differ from EduServe's. We do not endorse or make any representations about third-party Web sites. The personal data you choose to give to unrelated third parties is not covered by this EduServe Privacy Statement. 2. Types of information collected This Privacy Statement covers personal information, non-personal data collection and aggregate reporting. Personal information is information that is associated with your name or personal identity. EduServe uses personal information to better understand your needs and interests and to provide you with service. Once you choose to provide us with personal information, you can trust that it will be used only to support your client or participant relationship with EduServe. EduServe will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to others. Non-personal information is data about usage and service operation that is not associated with a specific personal identity. EduServe collects and analyzes non-personal information to evaluate how visitors use this Web site. For example, non-personal data that we collect may include the pages visited within EduServeInc.com Web site, unique URLs fn * visited within EduServeInc.com, browser type and IP fn ** address. This helps us, for example, to understand which pages are most visited and site traffic by day and hour. 3. Privacy of Children EduServe does not collect information from children online. EduServe does not target its Web sites to children. When there is a program component that is specifically for children, EduServe gathers such personal information as may be required from children only with the consent of the parents. 4. How your information is used EduServe uses your personal information to provide you with services and to help us better understand your needs and interests. EduServe uses your information to help you complete a transaction, to communicate with you, to provide service and support, and to update you on services and benefits. Personal data given to EduServe may be transferred across state or country borders for program purposes, for example, with regard to study abroad programs. Non-personal data is aggregated for reporting about EduServe Web site usability, performance and effectiveness. It is used to improve the client experience, usability and site content. 5. Your privacy preferences and opting out Non-subscription services. EduServe will not use your personal information for a different purpose than the one stated when you provided your data. Examples of unrelated uses include sending communications about any special offers, program or product information, and/or marketing messages. You can, however, choose to receive these types of non-subscription communications by following the instructions below. Subscription services. To opt-out of receiving communications you have expressly requested, such as e-mail newsletters: a) select the e-mail "opt-out" or "unsubscribe" link, or follow the opt-out instructions included in each subscription communication; or b) return to the Web page(s) where you originally registered your preferences and follow the opt-out instructions. 8. Your information and third-party companies Certain EduServe programs and services are linked with those from unrelated third-party companies or organizations, some of which offer you the option to share with both EduServe and the third party personal data you provide. We will not share your personal information with those third-party entities unless you make that choice. 9.
