Code of Ethics The EduServe Code of Ethics serves as a common standard for all EduServe Representatives (employees and volunteers). It serves as a guide with respect to ethical conduct across the institution. The Code fosters the protection of health, safety, and wellness. It supports the core values, honor code, aims, purposes, mission, programs, services, and related people- and family-friendly, good neighborly policies and practices of EduServe. The EduServe Code of Ethics consists of ethics with respect to lawfulness, health*, education, integrity, responsibility, and amity. It requires all representatives to live up to the highest standards of service, professionalism, diligence, and excellence. The Code ensures the public of a high degree of ethical conduct throughout the institution. It is applicable to all service time with EduServe and pertains to the EduServe workplace and fields of service. Details with respect to the EduServe Code of Ethics are made available to Team EduServe. _____________________ * EduServe is a smoke-free, alcoholic beverage-free, and illicit drug-free workplace.
