There is no EduServe Merit Scholarships application fee. However, EduServe Merit Scholarship applications must be accompanied or preceded by an EduServe/GlobaLearnsm International Education Program Enrollment Application. The enrollment application requires a fee.

Please mail completed (1) EduServe Merit Scholarship Application, (2) all higher education official sealed transcript/s of grades, (3) one academic recommendation, (4) one personal character recommendation, and (5) personal statement. Verification with regard to extracurricular activities, service, leadership, honors, and/or awards is required.

Please comply with program application deadline. Please allow at least three days within The USA for mail to arrive at EduServe. Please mail First Class Mail or Air Mail only, not "certified" nor "return receipt requested."

Scholarships will be announced as soon as possible after the program deadline closes. That is, e.g., if the EduServe/GlobaLearn Program Autumn semester application deadline for a selected country is March 31, then all scholarship applications for participant's selected country for the Autumn semester will be decided upon shortly after that date. Applicants are to be notified personally in writing via e-mail. If no e-mail address is available for applicant, then notification will be made by letter to applicant's permanent address indicated on the application.
